WOBURN - The Woburn Council on Aging will host a program, “The Journey through Loss toward Healing” will be held starting Monday, Sept. 9 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
The program, free of charge to participants, will run every Monday (except Oct. 14) through Oct. 21. The Bereavement Support Group, is for those who have experienced the death of a loved one and find themselves feeling the effects of grief that make day-to-day life, anniversaries and holidays a challenge.
The six-week facilitated group is educational, supportive and confidential.
The journey through grief toward deeper healing can be easier when accompanied by caring companions.

The event is a collaboration between the Woburn Council on Aging and Beacon Hospice.
