Sylvester Stallone

In ‘Rocky IV’, Stallone’s character Rocky Balboa defeats mammoth Russian boxer Ivan Drago, however, in real life things were a little different. The Hollywood star wanted the fight scenes to look realistic, so he kept pushing Dolph Lundgren to hit him harder in his role as Drago. Lundgren agreed to not hold back and punched Stallone so hard in the chest that almost killed him. Stallone’s heart slammed against his breastbone and began to swell. Stallone - who spent a couple of weeks in an intensive care unit - said: “The beating became laboured, and without medical attention the heart would’ve continued to swell until it stopped.” Content Exchange Content Exchange
